Zendesk agents groups and tags now in Round Robin interface

We have added Zendesk agent Group and Tags to the interface to make your work with the list of agents more comfortable. Now you can filter your list by agent name, group or tag separately. Just type n:<agent name>, g:<group name> or t:<tag name>.

To see the data in these columns please reimport agents.

The same functionality was added to the Rules page so you can setup rules easy.

Note! If you are using Data Protection Proxy (DPP) please update it up to the version 1.4. or higher. If you do not do this, the app can't be able to upload groups and tags.
