A year has passed since the Round Robin App launch. More than 500 companies all over the world had became our beta customers. More than 1 500 000 tickets had been assigned to thousands agents.
1 March 2016 we have got out of beta. This is an important milestone for us. We thank you for using the app during beta period, for your feedback, suggestions, assistance. We hope that you will be with us in the future.
We start providing services for a charge and offer four subscription plans. The prices are for Round Robin project (not for agent). The price is fixed regardless the number of the your agents.
Basic Round Robin functionality for small teams is absolutely free. You can automatically assign tickets, enforce priorities and workload limits. Some volume restrictions are applied and only community support is provided at this plan.
