Kindly be informed that we noticed that Zendesk changed the requirements to the widgets (private app) recently. The example of the widget is our Agent Availability app. As a result, you can face with the issue below:
The issue may be reproduced by pressing Ctrl+F5 or disabling/enabling the private app on the Zendesk admin center.
We have modified the Agent Availability widget to fit new requirements. To avoid the service disruption in the future it is recommended to upload a new version of the widget. You can do that on the "Zendesk admin center => Apps and integrations => Zendesk Support apps" page.
