Starting from an uncertain day the Zendesk proxy has changed its rules for preparing URL with spaces. We adjusted the Availability app to let you continue using the option "By schedule". The fixed (latest) version of the Availability app is available by the link:

To update the app please follow the steps:
- Install a new version of the app as a second app according to the instructions on the page:
https://roundrobin.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002908889-Manage-agent-availability#availability-app - Ensure that the installed app is working correctly.
- Delete the old one.
