That article is related to the projects that use passwords for interacting with Zendesk API. If you don't know what type of credentials are using at that moment, we recommend resetting the connection and establish a new one using Zendesk token.
It is known that Zendesk will terminate supporting of the Password access for Zendesk API on the ending of 2025. The alternative for password is Zendesk API token.
Thus, first of all, to make sure that the API access is enabled on the Zendesk side, please follow to Zendesk Support Admin interface at Admin > Channels > API and check the option:
Then create a new Zendesk connection on the Round Robin Settings page available on the link:
