Delays in ticket assignment were observed for projects serviced on Zendesk Pods 5, 6, 9 and 13 from 2017-03-15 18:02:00 UTC to 2017-03-15 22:10:00 UTC duration 4 h 08 min.
In this time period huge number of attempts to get tickets from Zendesk and assign tickets in Zendesk via API were failed with Timeout while fetching URL Exception. This happened due to Zendesk service disruption. The disruption had affected to Zendesk Pods 5, 6, 9 and 13.
