In this period of time an instability in Zendesk API operations was observed. Significant number of requests returned with an Timeout Exception error. Round Robin was not receive a response within the required timeout period (5 sec). In this regard the delays in ticket assignment and re-assignments of already assigned tickets were observed for some accounts.
