Service disruption 2018-02-01

Round Robin client interface and Agent Availability app were unavailable for significant number of accounts from 2018-02-01 02:35:29 UTC UTC to 2018-02-01 03:32:00 UTC duration 57 min. Ticket assignment process worked normally.

The reason was in Google cloud platform failure https://status.cloud.google.com/incident/appengine/18001
