A disruption affected one of our app instances (pod1) was observed from Jan30, 2020 at 14:02:49 UTC to Jun 30, 2020 at 16:23:03 UTC. During the period a large number of customer tickets were assigned incorrectly (uneven, with limits breaches, and so on) due to the incorrect software update on our side.
