A disruption affected all our app instances was observed from July 17, 2020, from 09:18PM UTC to 09:37PM UTC. Within 19 minutes a large number of customer tickets were assigning with significant delays due to the indecent on Zendesk side. The indecent has been resolved by Zendesk support team.
