Email notifications

Notifications

Make sure you add a notification address so Round Robin can alert you if something goes wrong. For example, if Round Robin detects an error when assigning tickets or that your subscription is about to expire. You can specify multiple addresses, just separate them with a semicolon.

1. Click Settings

2. Add the email you want to receive notifications and make sure the Enabled field is set to "ON"

3. Click Submit
