Until 2017-07-31 Zendesk "multiselect" fields stop automatic ticket assigning

Multiselect tickets fields is a beta Zendesk feature. At the moment we doesn't correctly supports "multiselect" field type.

Please don't use "multiselect" tickets fields together with Round Robin.  

When it will be fixed you will be able to use this feature with Round Robin. We'll keep you posted.
