Slow Queue Warning: Now in Round Robin

We are pleased to inform you about a new feature designed to speed up the processing of your queues.

How it works:
As you know, Round Robin skips already assigned tickets. However, if a queue contains such tickets, the system is still forced to retrieve them from Zendesk each time. When there are many of such tickets, it can significantly slow down queue processing and negatively impact ticket resolution time.

Now, Round Robin can detect such issues and notify you about them. If your queue is running slower than it could, you will see the following warning:

What to do if you see this warning:
Adjust the View settings for your queue so that it excludes already assigned tickets:

As a result, your tickets will be assigned much faster.

To get the new function, press Ctrl+F5.
