Important Update to Starter Plan: Active Agent Limit Enforcement

This is a crucial update regarding the active agent limit on the Starter (free) subscription plan.

To align with the defined features of our subscription tiers, the Starter plan includes a limit of 10 active agents:

This limit has been a part of our terms, but its enforcement has been lenient until now.

What's Changing?

Starting February 1st, we will begin strictly enforcing this limit.

  • You will not be able to change an agent's status to "Active" if you already have 10 active agents in your Agents table.
  • This ensures fair usage and system performance for all users across our plans.

What You Need to Do

Please review your current number of active agents in your workspace settings.

If you have 10 or fewer active agents: No action is required. You can continue using your Starter plan as usual.

If you have more than 10 active agents, you have two options:

  1. Reduce your active agents to 10 or fewer.
    • Navigate to your Agents page and change the status of any agents beyond the first 10 to "Active=No". This will ensure you remain compliant with the Starter plan limits.
  2. Upgrade to any paid subscription plan.
    • Paid plans offer an unlimited number of active agents, along with other advanced features. If your team relies on having more than 10 agents active simultaneously, upgrading is the best path forward. You can explore and change your plan in the Subscription page.

Summary of Changes

Before February 1 Starting February 1
Starter Plan Limit 10 active agents (soft limit) 10 active agents (enforced hard limit)
Action on Exceeding Limit You could exceed the limit. Blocked from activating new agents until compliant. All the actual/working agents would be work as usual

We recommend taking the necessary steps before February 1st to avoid any disruption to your workflow.
