A bug had been found in the Agent availability app 5.0 The bug manifested itself if an agent who tried to use the Agent availability app was not active (Active=No) in Round Robin. In such a case, the app displayed a loading state and did nothing.
The bug was fixed. The new release 5.1 is available for download by the link. If you have already upgraded your Agent availability app to release 5.0, please upgrade it again to release 5.1.
