Custom order of assignment for single View

The application assigns the tickets in the order in which they are presented in the ticket source view. But in some situations, it is needed to set up a custom order of the ticket assignment. Custom fields will help you in implementing a custom order of the ticket assignment.

First of all, add a custom field:


Then add a set of specific tags for new sorting:



Custom Drop-down field ​​is tied to the tags specified.

If you change the tag, the custom field will not be changed (the same situation with deleting of the tag), the changed tag will be reverted.

But it is not a problem to change the customer field - the tag will be changed automatically and accordingly.


Then sort the view
