How can I control email notifications?
You can control email notifications at the Settings page:
- You can turn on/off notifications in your Round Robin project
- You can change email address for notifications. You can specify multiple addresses, just separate them with a semicolon.
I receive "Your Zendesk connection is not valid. Please verify the access credentials" message. What does it means?
This notification is sent when Round Robin can't connect to your Zendesk due to authentication error. Usually it happens due to changes in credentials of the Zendesk user on behalf of which Round Robin operates. To fix this please reestablish the connection with actual credentials. I receive "The number of tickets in the view exceeds the limit established for your subscription plan. Some tickets might stay unassigned" message. What does it means?
You need to reduce number of tickets in the Zendesk view. Or use another Zendesk view that not exceeds the limit established for your subscription plan.
I have already renewed the app. Why I am receiving "Your trial period or subscription had expired yyyy-mm-dd. The project is about to be suspended. Please subscribe" message?
Please check if you have more than one project. Each Round Robin project needs its own subscription. Usually the one of your projects has a subscription but others can be in trial period which is expired.

The latest attempt to charge your card was failed. For example the transaction had been declined by card issuer bank. In this case please contact you bank to fix the problem. Then renew your subscription manually. We provide 5 days grace period for all subscriptions.
